INSTRUCTOR: Jingo M. de la Rosa
Jingo is a commercial illustrator, urban sketcher and art educator. He has
been illustrating professionally since 2011, having been an in-house artist
for a major publishing company. In 2013, he decided to take the jump and
go the freelance route! Since then, he has worked with world-renowned
organizations such as Duncan Toys, the Houston Symphony and Eli Lilly
& Co, among others. He also hosts DRAWN, a bimonthly sketch night and
live performance event that serves local Indianapolis artists, art students
and hobbyists.

LOCATION:
We’ll meet at Jackson Boulevard & State Street where we can sketch in
Barnes and Noble or out in the streets where there is a lot of foot traffic.

The instructor will circulate and counsel participants during the exercises. The instructor
and participants will also review sketches together after each exercise.
SUPPLY LIST:
- Sketchbook
- Pencils (different grades, if
possible; HB, 2B, 4B & 6B)
- Any other medium that the
attendee is comfortable with.
